From degradation’s depths
A clear and haunting vision manifests
Brought so close to the brink
That a glimpse could be whispered of
Both Profound and profane
From beyond the threshold
In a fleshless transcendence of boundless human pain
The utterance of foul truths
From the lips of an angel, flayed
Stripped of innocence and skin
‘bove the hellmouth they curiously dangled their befouled as bait
As she hung as a martyr there
A spectacle for the sick
A revelation through pain beheld
Enlightenment arrived at through infinite suffering and shame
When their expectations her secrets doth exceed
what a martyr she was
to the thirsting philosophers
who were summoned in droves
your crimson seraph
who so quietly bleeds
what a martyr she was

A Mare in the Wire

Shattered, the porcelain mare
Sent tumbling into the wire
Designed by man to harm, to exclude
Lattice of razor slices
Opening the pristine white
Like fireworks of plasma
The plume of equine blood
So red
The constellations will fall
As searing trails
from their godless skies above
Their constitutions will fail
As a tectonic shift
cracks the earth like a fragile egg
Ravaging all of their comforts
Their monuments of shame
Eroded into dust, their world
To time but a fading stain
He had carried them to war
On broken backs they rode
No hand to brandish weaponry
Nor desire to destroy
The sands of bitter time they grind
betwixt their broken yellowed teeth
Violence their only expression
At any cost they’ll speak
With their Braided metal fences
The dawn of man’s true nature has arrived
All that does live too shall die
An accelerant of such forces
In Mans endless thirst for plight
Eviscerating helpless handless gods
